ISLAMABAD, Sept 30: Had there not been a modern optical fibre telecom network in place in the capital city, most of the IT companies, which were seriously affected by the damage caused to the Software Technology Park-II (STP-II) located adjacent to the bombed Marriott Hotel, would still have not been able to relocate their offices and get back to work.
