This corporation is a non-profit organization established with the objective of developing and deploying knowledge-based solutions to problems around the world. The organization believes in leveraging scientific and engineering knowledge and resources, thereby helping disseminate knowledge, experience, know how, and solutions across the globe.

Paksef has been active since 2002. Active projects include:

• SARelief which helps coordinate, manage and disseminate data relevant to disasters in and around South Asia. Support ranges from providing Web and IT infrastructure support to forging relationships between donors and relief organizations at ground zero.
